Sarine Offers Mobile Phone-Enabled Jewellery Visualisation System

Sarine Technologies Ltd. announced that it is now offering a new simple, automated and extremely cost-effective imaging and visualisation service with interactive personalisation functionality, developed by Israeli start-up Verto, to jewellery suppliers and retailers.

The innovative imaging solution generates high quality interactive video displays, derived automatically from but a handful of images captured by any common smartphone. Sarine said the system enables jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers to provide their customers with exceptionally high-quality video visualisation of the jewellery pieces, along with interactive capabilities to view the piece from multiple perspectives and personalise the setting as well as the types, sizes, and colours of stones, etc., with no need for high-end devices, expensive professional photographers or exhaustive manual finishing.

The company said that the combination of the imagery’s high quality, the system’s ease of use, its attractive cost and fast delivery creates an offering that is far superior to any currently available market alternatives. Sarine is leveraging its global marketing and sales infrastructure and diamond industry recognition to introduce Verto’s cutting-edge offering under a mutually-beneficial sales agreement.

Sarine CEO David Block commented, ”At Sarine, we are continuously bringing added-value solutions based on cutting edge technologies to jewellery retailers. We believe that Verto’s innovative solution is an exceptionally cost-effective one which will enhance our retailers’ in-store and online customers' experience. We are pleased to be able to introduce this service to the industry and believe it can create new possibilities for the retail market based on a very appealing business model with no need for capital investment, sophisticated training of personnel, etc.”

He added, “For us, adding Verto’s technology to our offerings for our downstream industry customers, will broaden our market into jewellery pieces, in addition to loose stones, and add a new recurring revenue stream.”

Verto co-founder and CEO Nadav Dadon stated, "Partnering with the technology leader in the global diamond industry provides us with a host of valuable synergies and will allow us to launch our services through established distribution channels, shortening our time to market significantly."
